Welcome to phcasj. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phcasj ("phcasj", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the phcasj website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the phcasj Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phcasj, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the phcasj Platform.

By registering an account with phcasj or by continuing to use the Platform after any update to these Terms, you expressly accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and phcasj.

phcasj reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of phcasj following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the phcasj Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations. phcasj strictly enforces this requirement and will request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phcasj complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phcasj, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from phcasj or any other gambling platform through a self-exclusion programme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the Platform.

phcasj reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, passport, or other identification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the phcasj Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update your account information if any details change. phcasj shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcasj login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your phcasj account that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including persons claiming to be phcasj staff. phcasj will never ask for your password.
• Notify phcasj immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out of your phcasj account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

phcasj shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

All transactions on the phcasj Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phcasj supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your phcasj wallet within minutes of a successful transaction. phcasj is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your financial institution.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. phcasj reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, subject to verification status and transaction volume.

Anti-Money Laundering: phcasj is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. phcasj reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.

phcasj may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all phcasj promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phcasj reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• phcasj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or collusion, will be forfeited and the relevant accounts may be permanently closed.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

Specific wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to each promotion will be detailed in the individual promotion terms. Players are encouraged to read all promotion-specific terms before opting in.

All games available on the phcasj Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

phcasj uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to those providers' own regulatory certifications.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phcasj reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. phcasj's decision in such matters is final. phcasj shall not be liable for any loss of winnings resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and player account status. These limits are displayed within each game interface and are subject to change without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phcasj Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and phcasj's prior written approval.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity in violation of Philippine law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the phcasj Platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phcasj staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

phcasj employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed and all associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation.

phcasj is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Filipino players. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

phcasj provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phcasj account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phcasj Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the phcasj Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of phcasj or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phcasj Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without phcasj's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any phcasj trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of phcasj's intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcasj, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the phcasj Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, phcasj specifically disclaims liability for:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions to the Platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Any loss arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

The phcasj Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phcasj makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

phcasj collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the phcasj Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

phcasj will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform, including payment processors, identity verification services, and game providers, solely to the extent necessary to provide the phcasj service.

You may close your phcasj account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

phcasj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• phcasj has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Continued operation of your account would expose phcasj to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• You are found to be ineligible to use the Platform under Section 2 of these Terms.

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, phcasj reserves the right to withhold some or all of your account balance pending investigation. phcasj's decision in such matters is final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phcasj Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phcasj customer support. phcasj will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of the dispute.

phcasj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phcasj will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the phcasj Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
